-Massive code refactoring for mod compatibility

-Added the first iteration of the mod compatibility layer
*First compatible mod is the Smoker Mod
*On an oven, the player can now choose what cigarette to smoke
*Inside a car, for now a "random" cigarette will be chosen (no submenu)
