- Upscaled the level threshold to 14-16
- Experimentally attempted to assign Health & Damage Values for Monsters equivalent to 14 - 16 Levels threshold
- Added "Armor" Monsters

Monster drops are not reworked yet.

To Do:

Upscale Monsters to LV14 - 16 (Currently LV5 - 7)
Make Boss less Ms Painty. (I'll rename him once he stops looking like crap)
