MCM Fix

- Added save support for MCM variants that don't automatically save the data themselves.

- Resetting the config no longer completely rebuilds the config menu.

- Added "Smart Tainted Cain" mode. (Off by default) When enabled No items will be able to be picked up just like "Smart Keeper" mode. The Bag of Crafting can still pick up items, and as with all other parts of this mod will be bypassed by holding the secondary mode key.

Newest update broke "smart keeper" mode somehow and I am currently in no condition to fix it, so I am just reverting the change for now, sorry to anyone who may have been annoyed by this.

- The "Smart keeper" config option has been reworded to be more clear and has a new option.

- Changed Trinkets to not be blocked by default due to feedback and playtesting.
- Added Keybinds to the config for both keyboard and controller
- Fixed the previously untested state of the mod without the "Mod Config Menu" mod, it should now work correctly and with default settings when alone.

Minor Update

- Changed the "General" config category to "Characters" and moved it to after pickups.
- Fixed support for Deep Pockets which had broken in the rewrite of version 1.2.
- Fixed config support for toggling pickup interference which apparently was broken who-knows-when.
- Added support for Trinkets, works with increased Trinket slots. On by default, but this may change later.
- Charged keys are now treated as normal keys if you have no active items, and now can be picked up to charge pocket
and secondary active items.
