Did some balancing. Submarine was too overpowered, external hull hp lowered by 40%, internal hull hp lowered by 50%. This makes the submarine much more fun to play rather than just sit in an indestructible vessel. The nerf might seem to much but the submarine still takes bunch of damage before sinking

Added intruder alert system. All rooms now have a text display that flashes "DANGER" with red light if an intruder breaches through the external hull.

All oxygen shelves including the ones in the airlocks and in all of the access points are now powered and refill oxygen.
