Muzaffarid (added due to Persian family to Persian) added to Panjabi names due to the Gujarat Muzaffarids being Panjabi origin.

Names in use in Indian dynasties from Arabia added as potential Hejazi surnames

Qashqai (now Khalaj) (which is also including Khilji/Ghilzai/Ghilji people) gained some new dynastic names
Such as Tughlug, Khalji, Khilji, Lodi, & Shahi which were in use in India in game.
additionally, the names Abdal & Teber (as the Qashqai will stand in for that culture as well)
with this a number of names were added to this culture as well.
The Ghazni province of Afghanistan (majority Ghilji) is now Qashqai as well to reflect this.

Afghani standing in for Pashtun, Dari Afghans, Tajik, Kochis, Basseri, & Pamirs now have Yashikul & Khujand as majority provinces (Termez is hard to tell as of now and remains Uzbek)
new surnames added to Persian cultures to reflect this as well as the Ghurid & Muzaffarid names, the latter in use in India in game.

The Shaqi name in use in India currently in game reflects a likely Siddi (Swahili people of Zanj) origin family, the name as a result was added to the Swahili culture.

New Domari culture to West Aryan with no provinces in game for now however
This culture is used to refer to the various Dom-Romani peoples such as the Ghorbati & Lom people.
This includes new names taken from known names in use by Dom & Roma.

Hisn Kayfa province (about where Hakkari is) added as an Assyrian core at game start
