Huge changes to Germany

-Low Saxon now divided into Eastphalian & Hanseatic cultures.

-New Nation of Westphalia (WSF), with changes, the previous Westphalia still exists, but is not formable (ie it only exists in a start date), this is due to the fact that Westphalia's ideas as based around Napoleonic Westphalia, and have little to do with actual Westphalia. Special thanks to Silinger for bringing this to my attention so I could go fix this issue. I will be adding special ideas for the nation at some point, as of this update it prompts you to change, but no ideas change. The nations look the same, but can not co-exist (as WSF can not be formed if WES exists).

-Markish culture now the primary of Brandenburg, Ruppin, Magdeburg, and Anhalt, no longer Saxon, additionally Markish nations can form Prussia, but not Saxon ones.

-Alemannic culture for Baden, Alsace, and southern Baden-Wuerttemberg, I understand Swiss, Swabian, and these are Alemannic, but I felt as these were not Swabian this divide was long overdue.

-Hessian Culture & Rhenish Culture split into two cultures, additionally I made sure all historical advisors in these cultures in nations were the correct ones.

-Swabian Missions modified.

-Westphalian Missions modified, including the text in language localisations (which goes for other changes here too, but especially relevant here where I re-wrote the Rhineland missions).

-Name fixes for Saxon Culture as well as edits for several other German cultures.

-Added assimilation mechanics to German cultures of Silesian, Hanseatic, Alemannic, Rheinish, & Markish.

-The Hannoverian dynasty was mistakenly Westphalian in the game, now it has been fixed and they are Estaphalian.

-Napoleon and his family are now Tuscan rulers.

-Glogow's primary is now Slunzoki & the rulers until Joachim Fryderyk I in 1596 are Polish culture (with him they switch to Silesian German as the family became substantially German, marrying only German noble families until their end). Opole's leader is now also Polish culture.

Fernando Po is now inhabited by the Sawabantu culture which is closer to the native Bubi than Yoruba is

Sao Tome & Principe is now uninhabited prior to Portuguese colonisation, which is accurate

I don't know why I missed these in the past, but now they're fixed

Altaic-Turkic Update

-Fixed Persia and the Mughals to be formable by Khalaj nations

-New Kipchak Culture Group which is a stand-in for Macro-Kipchak which includes Kipchak proper as well as Karluks (Uyghurs & Uzbeks). Kipchak includes Kyrgyz and the related Altai, as well as Kazakh and Tatar languages. Additionally, I have included Oghuric in this group for the moment, as the only Oghuric group in the game (added by this mod as a matter of fact) is Chuvash, Kipchak is the best fit for them due to proximity of Tatar groups to them, if I added other groups which were Oghuric to the game at some point, I will move Chuvash to that new group then.
--New Altai Culture with some unique names and present in several provinces

-New Oghuz Culture Group which is a stand-in for for predominately Oghuz, but also Arghu Turkic (Khalaj)

-Altaic remains as the group for both Mongolic languages and Siberian Turkic, a line which was shard to divide due to the many shared cultural features of Altai and Tuvans with Mongolians. Despite linguistic differences the cultural affinities are undeniable (even today Tuvans are known for songs in praise of Genghis Khan, one famous example was a meme a few years back).

-Name lists corrected a bit for all these groups

-A province (Pegaia Orda) to the south of their main bulk is now Samoyed, this is due to the Skewbald Horde which was a Selkup power in the region north of Altai. Some new names have been added to the Samoyed list from this entity.
(I will strongly consider later adding this horde as a playable nation).

-New Med culture, now the culture of Bela in the area between Sind & Baluchistan. This is the area where the surviving Med and the Mohana are typically located.

(I intended and even finished making a Jat culture, but Jats despite claims of origin to the area near the Med (roughly where the Brahui are today and in game), they also sometimes claim to be Scythian, these do not seem to have the strongest support in genetic studies, as they seem to be largely the same as other Indian groups around them, I may later divide Panjabi and include Jat as a new culture then, but for now I have left them out, if you would like to see me divide Panjabi, message me on this mod page somewhere and I will consider doing this sooner if it interests you. I have my Jat files saved in case I decide to implement them myself, so it won't be too hard to do)
