Norway starts having discovered Greenland, surrounding coast, and having cores in Greenland (this should make things interesting)
Lebanon now is Catholic by default when released (to reflect majority Maronite ties historically)

Abkhazia starts as a core of Circassia
Yemen now primary for Yemeni culture

Siberian Update

New Yeniseian culture in the Kamchatkan group (it is language isolate) with three provinces, though two switch to Tuvan in 1600.
New Tuvan culture in Altaic Group which reflects not only Tuvans but also Khalkas & Altais.
Yakut & Buryat have been added to the Altaic group.
Evenki has gained new provinces and stands in for both Evenki & Evens out of some of the formerly labelled Yakut & Kamchatkan territory.
a Dolgan area in the Samoyedic portion has been made Yakut culture in one province.
Yukaghir added to Kamchatkan group as they should not be with the Tungus group.
