Further Bug fix for the Slavic Culture Forming Decision as Russia. This fix made it so the cultures work, and I the localisation is now fixed for the 3 added Slavic cultures. I even made these new cultures names fixed in Spanish, German, & French, although the pre-decision ones for now still have the English spellings.

Related to bug fix discussed in other change notes

Removed some files that were vanilla from the mod. No changes otherwise.

Fixed the Russian Missions that creates a new culture group and accepts West Slavic to have the cultures from the mod (Slunzoki, Kashubian, & Torlakian).

I was unaware of this bug, fortunately it is now fixed.

(I may play around with this type of mission in the future, as I was requested to do something like this for Persia, but I could also see it applying to Basque & Transylvania)

Fixed the Mod's description a bit

Added several more Madagascan names to the two Madagascan cultures in game

Fixed Madagascan Names to include names from their historical rulers

Fixed Siddi name duplication issue where male leaders could get female names, likely was not a problem in anyone's game because Siddi has no provinces in 1444

Made it so Tay Nguyen is called Kaho when owned by Malay or Pacific cultures

Name fixes/improvements

Added a few names to some Malay cultures, mostly a few from historic dynasties of Java, one to Filipino and Katawhang

Cleaned up the name lists of Arabic cultures a bit & Maghrebi as well
(Paradox has a habit of putting the local name next to the English spelling like Yusuf Joseph, this is not needed and simply removing Joseph prevents it from being generated in game in that culture, so occasionally I go through the list and remove all the non-local spellings. They also have a habit of copy-pasting name lists from every culture in the group, so sometimes they need some more appropriate spellings or additions, I do improve these as well, but at a slower rate)

Added a name to the Greek list

Added a few more Chumash band & placenames as Chumash surnames & added a few more Micronesian names
