Large Update to Several Things

Let's start West to East

1. Norn is now a new culture
-I included many historically accurate names for the culture for flavour, as I often do, but in this case I was able to get good number
-It is accepted by Norway & the Isles
-Norn has no Primary at this time

2. Mari & Permian are now new cultures
-I have broken them away from the Old Uralic Culture
-Mari is shown including the land inhabited by Mordvins
-Some New Names Added to Both
-Permian is the primary of Perm
-Mari has no Primary at this time

3. Cappadocian is now a new culture
-It is only present in one province, Kayseri in 1444 start
-Cappadocian has no Primary at this time

4. Behdinani is now a new culture
-In Yazd & Primary of Yazd
Note: Behdinani refers to the Zoroastrian Dari Dialect spoken in the region prior to it converting

5. Pashtun & Tajik are now new cultures
-I have broken apart Afghani
-Afghanistan accepts both, but only Pashtun has a primary nation as of now
-Mughal main culture is now Khalaj
-Tajik and Uzbek appear to have been historically prominent in some of the same area, but Uzbeksation processes and expulsions later led Tajik to fall out of favour in some cities, so some of the land has been called for Tajik given this information and the fact that the rural area would have been more Tajik.
-The dynasty of Naugpur is now Gujarati culture, not Afghani, as it is said to be a cadet branch of the Muzaffarids online

6. Ladakhi is now a new culture
-Present in 3 provinces
-Primary of Ladakh
-I considered dividing Tibetan, but ruled against it due to their lexical similarity, Ladakhi however is very different and not intelligible

7. Qiang is now a new culture
-Present in 2 provinces, one of them was harder to find information on, but apparently a historical name of the region gives it a name having to do with the Qiangic people.
-Qiang provinces are animist to reflect their unusual beliefs which fuse aspects from other nearby religions
-Qiang has no primary at this time, though I may change this if there is a Western Xia tag soon, the change-logs will have a followup regardless

8. Hui is now a new culture
-Present in 2 provinces
-I pulled names from Hui historic persons so the name generation has some especially good flavour as even I have done this for most of the other cultures here, the Hui had more people listed and therefore a good sample size
-Hui has no primary at this time

9. Miao now in its own culture group
-This groups is called Hmongic, as Miao never belonged in Tibetan at all, honestly not sure how I missed this one as I've read some of their mythos, but it's fixed now

This changes the cultures by 10 additional with this change and with Hmongic being the only new group

Switched the order of Dardic, Hindustani, East, and West Aryan so they stand out more and don't conflict with some of the neighbours.

I brought Griko back to Apulia for games started before 1500. Oddly Paradox added Griko, but then never used it. I still feel like Tsakonian and other forms of Greek should be their own cultures, but they don't have enough provinces for me to add Tsakonian as of now.

Turco-Iranian is now back in the Iranian/Persian group
I felt this change back made sense as they're somewhat like the Norman-French based Aristocracy of the English people in that putting such a populace in the French group seems less fitting, especially given Persian as the court language

Edited Persian name list to take off the non Persian versions of certain names and to add the names Bijan and Arash

Maryland now only requires 2 provinces to form it

Acadia can now form Canada

New England and Maryland can now be formed by decisions, and they can also form the United States
They gain claims on land these colonies claimed in their respective zones, further Connecticut claims could be expanded on later
Vermont's claims as such have been changed and reduced, I also now require one to own 2 specific provinces to form Vermont, but only 3 total instead of 5

New England and Maryland both gain cores if starting after their settlement by the English on some of their claimed provinces

Quebec gains cores in 1763 and the provinces flip to Quebecois

Acadia can be formed by a decision, although as of now there is no cores granted automatically when settled

Metis Confederacy now has cores on a vast area if you start after the French and English incursions into their territories, some provinces of France in said area are now Metis rather than French, I may also add them as a Hudson Bay type tributary later on

New England and Maryland's parent colonial nation is now England not Great Britain

Colonial Nations Add On

Added Maryland, New England, Acadia, and the Metis Confederacy to the game
I designed the Acadia flag for the game myself based on France's Blue and White Cross, as the tricolour is not fitting for this timeframe

I plan to make all 4 form-able like Vermont in a coming update
also I plan to find out why the nations seem to prefer cultural names over their nation's preferred names, but I can resolve that later as it is less essential

as of now the only way to release these nations is by placing their cores in provinces, or perhaps by revolts, but I will aim to change this and add cores to their provinces and possibly even some more flavourful traditions ideas and maybe even trees

Substantial expansions/changes made to English, Cornish, German, and French names and surnames
adding a few easter egg type names to random generation from history, may need to reduce some later or rather dilute the easter eggs with more names

Minor Easter Egg Change

Oddly it won't let you switch the province to its original culture there but Varmland in Sweden now in its history says originally Norwegian and I have it flip to Swedish around 900 CE

This is accurate to the history of the region and to the Yngling Saga in which Swedish colonists following Olof Trätälja moved to the region following the downfall of Ingjaldr illráði who was deposed from his rule in Sweden. 900 CE is questionably late for this switch over to Swedish, but I decided to be generous as it won't matter anyway in EU4 gameplay, but perhaps this historical tidbit gives you something obscure to strive for in a Norwegian play through.

Burusho Group still call Burusho, but Burusho culture renamed Botaj

Removed some code issues in Norse and a file that got misplaced into the mod somehow???
