Hotfix for several annoying bugs.

- Fixed all known Undead class bugs. Fixed power attack vs vehicles perk (quite fun!). Undead class progression is temporary disabled, will be fixed in the next patch.
- Replaced old spawn points with new ones made for easier navigation and faster engagement at hot spot locations.
- Zombie balance tweaks: easier to kill. Less zombies in cities.
- Loot balance: More ammo in cities. Machine guns always spawn with full ammo. Overall balance.
- Perfomance improvements & a bunch of small bugfixes.
