Version 1.3:

- Fixed some bugs from the previous 1.2 Beta version.
- Changed the way the mod works so that the dropped items update every minute (used to be every 10, like rain barrels)
- Added functionalities with ModOptions to change the default 50% rate at which snow fills everything up (it can be set to 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%).

I f'd up the mod config files and the beta was unaccessible, so i changed them and they both show up now.

Version 1.2:

A new separate mod file (snowiswaterbeta) has been added to the mod folder. That version includes a system to fill up dropped and placed items when it snows in a similar fashion to how they fill up when raining. Each item gets filled up at a slower rate when it snows and the value gets updated every in-game 10 minutes (to avoid heavy resource usage).
This version should work in MP but please bear in mind that it is labeled as BETA for a reason.

Oh, and the stable version 1.1 (snowiswater) is also included just in case you don't wanna use that system.
