Changelog:

- fixed Romanian S-comma character display
- Now the mod activates also with old savegames (which did not have the mod), just wait a week in game
- Chinese transliterated with pinyin. Example: Falkland Islands -> fúkèlánqúndǎo
- Spanish support Example: Falkland Islands -> Islas Malvinas
- Portuguese support. Example: Falkland Islands -> Ilhas Malvinas
- Dutch support. Example: Falkland Islands -> Falklandeilanden
- Russian support. Example: Falkland Islands -> Folklendskie ostrova
- Greek support. Example: Falkland Islands -> Nisoi Foklant

Modified 18 German states names like:
Kaunas -> Kauen
Vidzeme -> Livland
Rhone -> Rotten
Alpes -> Alpenwestland
Voivodine -> Wojwodina
North Transylvania -> Nordtransilvanien
Lodz -> Litzmannstadt
Stanisławow -> Stanislau
Lviv -> Lemberg

Modified a lot of german cities names like:
Marseille -> Massilien
Tolone -> Telon
Lyion -> Leyden
Novi Sad -> Neusatz
Bratislava -> Pressburg
Brno -> Brünn

Also some italian names
