Added convar for bug fixes.

[test_cl_misc_fix]
For some ArcVR weapons\ncheck the box if the magazine cannot be removed.

[Shoot System Fix]
Check the box if the shotgun sights are significantly misaligned
and uncheck the box if some ArcVR weapons become unusable.

I was going to add the left hand mode that I added to VRMod-Semioffcial to this one, but then I realized that it would no longer work with the original VRMod, so I removed the description of the left hand mode in this mod.
I plan to remake it as a separate mod, but it may not be possible with my technical skills...
