Changes have been made to make the map more practical for all factions. More gold will be available in the middle and less early gold and trade near the start positions.

* Replaced two temples with ziggurats.
* Replaced volcano with King's Castle.
* Removed two market villages.
* Replaced cities with towns. Added guard towers near these towns.
