- Spears are now spawned and don't override the pipebomb.
- Spears don't get thrown is vehicles or while grabbing objects.

Pre-sharpness update (new sharpness mode was causing issues)

- Enhanced spear dynamic sharpness.
- Added Spear presets and stiffness option.
- Changed spear model.
- Added spear hit indicator.

Fixes:
- Regular bombs no longer turn into spears.
- Spears no longer hit the player (as much).
