Changes:
-Halved weight of Grenade Cases (to 2.0).

Fixes:
-20 Gauge recipe should now work as intended
-Fixed punctuation errors

Known bugs:
-"Case of .556 Bullets" is a punctuation issue with the Ammo Case parent mod, not this patch. I've attempted a fix, but trying to patch translation files with other translation files is a crapshoot at best. Complain to Alec to fix it on their end.

-Rebalanced most of the added case weights.
-Rebalanced the cases of the other mod too, since they were so wack to begin with.
