The Confederacy will now alert the United States to prepare for war before starting a civil war, and will give the player the power to start a war, allowing the player to declare war using a focus or through a forced trigger event.
The Upper South states will now join the Confederacy one by one, rather than all at once.
Added the Fall of Fort Henry and Fort Donelson events, which when completed will give the US a combat gain in Tennessee.
Updated with more strategic regions.
Added impassable areas in Indian Territory.

Militia can now be added to the division template. Fortress Guards are still not available.

I'll be taking a few days off after this update, I've been working on this mod since November 7, which has resulted in many other aspects of my life not being able to be taken care of, had to take some time to deal with and enjoy life, thanks for your support. :)
