- Decreased hitstun and knockback on NSpecial (I had meant to do this in the previous patch but it slipped my mind)

- Completely changed the way FAir works, move is no longer awkward to use
- Increased UStrong knockback
- Decreased ground friction during UStrong, using it out of a dash now grants you more sliding distance
- Tweaked various movement attributes

- Removed blue shading from CSS/Results Screen art to make it in line with the new art introduced in the Workshop Character Pack update

- Gave FTilt a lot more forward acceleration

Added motion smears to the following animations:

- Up Tilt
- Dash Attack
- Up Air
- Neutral Special
- Forward Special

Aside from Up Air, these changes all apply to the attacks' hurtboxes as well.
