Fix long-standing script errors that were adversely affecting boards 6 and 15.

Switches are now correctly sticky on most levels.

More efficiency-related tweaks. (Also, rumor has it that something big is embedded in the set.)

Hotfix: Correctly reset the movement speed for "Endless Racing" (05) to default upon losing a life

Fixed save system-related bugs. Also tweaked a few levels to account for Zap Bricks.

Hotfix: Board 20 is now allowed to spawn Plasma Balls (if allowed by the game mode). Falling Bricks / Extra Life / Level Warp still disabled.

Finished the set. Also fixed scripts on boards 2 and 5.
