VERSION 2.0 released.

MAJOR Changes - Defence of Tarawa

1) Added basic support for 'Hard' and 'Heroic' difficulties - these will remove various AI and player units to add to the challenge. NOTE: 'Normal' is the RECOMMENDED difficulty setting
2) Added basic co-op support. This may result in a few odd initial squad parings and AI behaviour (Rushing around the map) but it should work. Please let me know if there are any MAJOR problems.
3) Added two wooden bunkers to the beach - if you can see these, you are running V2
4) Fixed faulty enemy progress reporting - Your 'commander' will now inform you on enemy movements more accurately
5) Optimised the map to run more smoothly
6) Adjusted pacing
