- Added a fuel rod to the reactor, as is the default for most submarines (both mod and vanilla)

- Added two more periscopes to help with visibility limitations with the Turpin. They operate with wifi components, so simply clicking while in the Periscope will change which one you're viewing.

- Added a spare Decoy Charge in the armory.
