Created both a Pantograph Up and Pantograph Down mesh, the down mesh is only present on the base 86 with the plain livery. Additionally I've altered the Electric Blue 86 so that it now has white wheel sides as was prior.

Custom sounds, an untextured body to make custom liveries easier, all the various livery options are now actual liveries rather than being individual models which may help with file size.

Note that this update may delete all class 86s that are currently in your layout.
