Updated the sights on the Panther A & D to be now Panther sights.
Also aligned the sight on the Panzer IV to be where it actually is in real life.

Did a lot of tweaking to code increasing penetration rates on all tanks and fixing some small stuff.

decreased the acceleration on all tanks to make them feel slower and heavier.
