Long overdo update. Removed ModOptions dependency in favour of Sandbox Options.

Updates:
- Complete rewrite of the mod to support future expansion and features.
- Withdrawal sickness has been reworked. Phase 3 has a chance to apply sickness up to a max of 95/100. Phase 4 has a very small chance of killing the player.
- Drinking removes withdrawal sickness and half of the negative effects from it.
- More options to customize the mod for your game
- should be compatible with existing saves

Bug-fixes:
- Alcoholic stress should properly apply to only players with the Alcoholic trait.
- Happiness from drinking properly applied.
- Drinking alcohol properly removed withdrawal sickness
