-moved the PDef button wire from set to toggle
-fixed shuttle engine to 0 thrust when docked
-added storage to shuttle
-fixed "controls" JB label
-unlocked engine JB wiring panel
-added another vent to secret room
-reduced main reactor consumption
-removed forgotten object far away from sub
-changed the brig hatch to custom with button outside instead of being locked to captain ID card
-nerfed power surge frequency and increased alert time before trigger
-lowered engine power drain
