Fixed a possible issue with loading custom character mods on Linux.

Fixes potential compatibility issues for some mods. Fixes an issue with custom hairstyles provided by other mods not appearing in game after the latest update. Changed the way dupes using hairstyles from other mods are saved to solve the problem of saved games becoming unusable after uninstalling those mods.
