Remove muzzle flash from suppressed weapons
Added new muzzle flash fx to Desert Eagle. (If anyone who reads these change notes could let me know if it looks better than vanilla muzzle flash. I will add it to all guns if feedback is good.)

Updated R700, changed from dual render scope to FP scope with zoom (3x-15x)

Added reload and draw audio to both hk417 models and SR-25. Also added a finer reticle to R700, T-5000, SR-25 and HK417 DMR to accommodate for zoom levels.
