Shrunk the build space requirements and set the tank to single graphic so it doesn't squash the texture when you try to rotate it. The AWG also no longer truly rotates however I kept it as multi texture so you can rotate it to choose which side you'd prefer to see.

Kaiser fixed a bug where you could collect rain indoors. Now you'll need an AWG if you live in a bunker.
Also by popular demand I've added a rain catchment and nerfed the rainwater tank capacity and increased the build cost.
