Fixed minifier sometimes making you large instead of small when you spam left click

Added fixes for the floor weapon version of the minifier
Floor weapon version of the minifier now takes the grenade slot, fixed weapon slot being displayed improperly

Added an animation to selecting the minifier

- Fixed the minifier not shrinking you properly if you were already shrunk from something else, e.g. being a loot goblin
- Replaced the old health convar with ttt_minifier_scale 0.5, which gives you full control over the shrinking scale of the minifier
- Fixed the shrink/unshrink sound not being heard for players other than the minifier user
- Fixed unnecessarily messing with the player's hull and gravity. Jumping while shrunk, and walking into walls while shrunk should behave as expected now
