Updated the airtightness of the 3x3x1 open container, it was previously enabled.

Updated component cost of the small grid 9x11x5 cargo container to include a few computers, players may need to deconstruct and replace them for the change to take effect.

Updated 3x3x1 open cargo containers, resolved a visual issue with the medkits not fully being attached properly.

Updated Collision issue within Survival, 3x3x1 open CC didn't let players pass through when placed in survival.

Updated Icons from PNG to DDS format and empties parents to main model, it didn't seem to be an issue but just to be safe I updated them anyway.

Updated minor issue with build states showing completed version before blocks were completed.
