Removed the lines of code stopping you merging armies near the patrol (this was done by Hertz to stop you merging with the army itself)

Download same sized patrols as previous, just with the new units [www.dropbox.com]

Added more variety of units, reduced the patrol side down by 1 (so 2 less than Hertz mod), as there are some stronger units in the pools now, and I feel with SFO's stronger garrison, is too easy to defend
