Implemented a method to blacklist inv. slots

- This prevents an issue where looted items (which drops during
tactical when the unit dies) are also available as part of the reward
for completing this mod's covert action

- Blacklisted `left` items
- Exposed CA min rank and optional costs

No longer retrieves Spark corpse

Now uses CA images provided by Rusty
