Removed player pref for vertical chasecam setting (too buggy)

Fixed bug introduced last updates where camera would twitch and jerk after throwing items + ground pounding

Changed the chasecam (again!) I wanted to be able to zoom in and out without having to reset the camera
Fixed so when you're on the bike and you have to grab it with the mouse, the chasecam temporarily stops
