Hash issue

Fixed not being able to attach cooled milk tank containers.

Tiny change to make the milk tool fit in weapon holders

-Removed unused files

-Changed mod type

-Fixed medically applying milk giving the character applying the treatment getting the SEs rather than the character receiving it

-Repaired broken stuff in preparation of 1.0 release launch
