- AI units are no longer nearly guaranteed to prioritize targets marked by Officers above much better options when choosing the target to attack.

Explanation: AI units are set to prefer Overwatch or Hunker Down if the top chance to hit is too low (in the mod). However, in vanilla they prioritize marked targets above not only said top hit chance, but even kill shots. As such, you could bypass the former behavior by hunkering down only the marked soldier while leaving others in worse positions. This loophole is now closed on top of making AI a bit more flexible.

- Sectoid second action movement behavior is made consistent with other units: Sectoids are now a lot less likely to spend both actions on movement rather than using their abilities or weapons.
- A single default utility slot is added to Reapers. Now that the Claymore is nerfed there isn't much reason for them not to have one. Starting loadout preset is adjusted to include a Frag Grenade.

Note: You may need to swap armor on your existing Reaper soldiers for the change above to take effect (unless you also use Community Highlander in which case the change is applied automatically).

Vector rifles are now more accurate at close range (same as in vanilla) instead of being less accurate. Reapers felt a bit too weak in the early game, this buff should make them more flexible.

Hotfix:
- ADVENT units should no longer excessively use Hunker Down when they don't see any enemies.

SMG weapon range profile is updated (used by Bullpups, Templar Sidearms, Shadowkeeper, etc). Previously: same as Medium (used by rifles and Bolt Caster, for example), but with higher curve at point-blank range, loses Aim at long range. Currently: reduced Aim penalty at longer ranges, close range curve is softer without changing max bonus at point-blank range.
