Arson Bridge: Director's Cut Update

*You can now ride the train throughout the entire map
*Added a gate to the bridge that boats can ride under
*Added station buildings
*Expanded areas near the river
*Refurbished some buildings
*Updated vehicles for 3rd person
*Added mayhem mode
*Added vending machines to hunted mode (survive 90 seconds for a reward)
*New terrain model

Removed snow particles - seemed to be causing issues

You can now remove everything except the bridge by pressing "Bridge Only (For Potatoes)"

The helicopter no longer has snow on it.

Enabling Christmas decorations in Sandbox and Hunted now create a layer of snow.

Fixed Christmas trees.
