-Reworked all dialogues from the ground up

-Added support for Cannibal Slaves

-Added interactions to a few dialogue packages that were missing bough slave interaction

-Changed all dialogues from NPCs sold into slavery to just attacking. It's a tough moon, delights are few and far between. Killing your captor when you've got nothing to lose would be irresistible.
