Workaround for Shifter playing around with techId's :-/

Updated with enable/disable option to be compliant with UWE requirements.

Updated graphics for labels.

Added option to not automatically close after purchase on marine side.
Automatically disables the add-on in case game mode is not NS2 (combat etc).

Show labels in Full and Low hud setting

A test to disable in combat for Marines as it's not working.
