Provided a new .NAV file.

Old = 7MB.
New = 14MB.

Added a .NAV file.

CPU used: Ryzen 5 3600.

Nav_generate in console. I think It's around 40-45% finished and then my game stopped. Many places around the map on "sea level" works. Mountain doesn't work.

If you have a way stronger CPU or have the time to Nav Mesh it properly, send me a headsup so I can update this map.

Fixed texture on ledge near the mountain settlement.

Removed few bushes.
