Changes:
- major performance improvements
- reworked mod calls
- added a OnlyDropOneLockbox option (if enabled, only one lock box will drop from any given crate, except for the golden lock box and the obsidian lock box, as this mod does not interact with those items)
- opening the Calamity astral lock box will not consume keys
- updated translations (still seeking assistance with translation work)
- updated description
- adjusted calamity astral lock box value

Fixes:
- fixed some mod call messages
- fixed naming & formatting for various things
- other internal fixes and improvements
