Changed:
1.EPSP(All type) no longer attenuate the ambient sound like normal diving suit.
2.Divingsuit(All type) have new sprite shen you drop it or hold it.
改变：
1.EPSP（所有）不会再和普通潜水服一样减弱周围的声音了。
2.潜水服（所有）拿在手上或者丢在地上时显示的贴图与修改后的潜水服一致了。

1.Updated diving suit's spawn logic to the latest game version.

2.Reduced Katana and Wakizashi's damage because those weapon is a little overpower in early game and you can have it easily by choosing jobs.

3.Added two new weapons to make up for the nerf of Katana and Wakizashi. You can update the Katana and Wakizashi to those new weapons by using alien materials in mid game and late game.
