Fixed missing icon&sprite

Changed the way to install:
Now you can install this Mod by "√ " it in the setting menu as install other Mod. No more red tips in the console!

改变了安装方式：
现在你可以简单的在设定菜单中“√”来进行安装，控制台中再也没有恼人的红字了！

Added English version introduction for new weapons;

Add: New weapons "Katana" and "Wakizashi" for the admiral uniform. It will be automatically acquired when you choose the admiral. Can not fabrication and buy it at outpost,but you can find it in wreck( low probability) .

新增：新增了两种提督武器“太刀”和“胁差”，当你选择“海军上将”进入游戏时会自动获得。它们无法制造业无法从哨站购买，但是你可以在沉船中以低几率发现它们。

NOTICE: If you have some mods which changed the itemset of admiral (like ITA), it won't be automatically acquired when you choose the admiral.
注意：如果你安装了更改职业初始物品的MOD，那你就不能在进入游戏时自动获得这两把武器！
