Commander Battles - Version 1.2

- This is now no longer a server only mod, if you had it defined as "load_mod_server_only" and "mods_installed_server_only", please change it to the default way ("mods_installed" and "load_mod").
- Fixed several issues with bots getting stuck in certain animations or states.
- Fixed an issue that didn't allow regiments with spaces in their name to have their bots feature their regiment icon.
- Fixed a performance issue caused by the Holdfast SDK. The original issue has been fixed as well.

- Cooldowns for Commander abilities have been changed, in order to offer a much more responsive experience when commanding a line. Server owners will need to add the following commands under the load_mod line, for each map rotation as such:

Not having the mod set-up like this will cause it to not work properly after today's update!

Any issues, please let me know. If a server you are playing on doesn't have the updated officer order cooldowns or the mod is no longer working, contact the server owner and tell them to read this announcement.
