-snow: added fog particles in type3, random direction each time

-(Quality Ultra) rain_fx will be activated automatically if the default weather has rain
-fix position of smoke particles for wind/fireRain/fog (same level as player)
-small fixes in big tornado
-excluded voxelPlaza/Spiderman for parachute

-changed foggy weather and added particles
-restored "S.A Sunset" replacing "ParkDay"
-added two new weathers "MovieSunset"/"ColdMorning" using "Art Vandals" Skyboxes
