-small fixes in parachutes

Parachute:
-fix parachute not connecting correctly with different vehicles.
-the parachute should work the same regardless of frame rate.
-the parachute uses the mass of the vehicle to adjust the force.
-player will exit through the roof of the car.
-the parachute will remain active for a couple of seconds after getting out of the car.
