First Balance Patch
+Increased BAir's knockback scaling to 0.9
+Increased UStrong's base knockback to 10
+Increased DStrong's base knockback to 9
=Added sound cues for the flowers' effects
=Removed the wierd angle flipper for FAir and BAir.
-Removed the ability to jump cancel dash attack
-Tiny Potato can only dash via Up Special up to 4 times, after which they are put into pratfall.
-FAir's sweetspot base knockback reduced to 5, but the knockback scaling was increased to 0.9
