-Added 'VACATION TO [Hell]' alt, for Nuzl's bracket run in the next few weeks! This has everything; a custom taunt, a hawaiian shirt, and some other extras
-Overhauled (but mostly nerfed) bair. The move is slower and has a lot more endlag, and gives you a negative HSP Boost so you cant chain it into itself as well.
-Reduced Extra Hitpause on up specials first hit.
-FINALLY added the victory background. (Sorry, hyu)
