-Kills along a coastline no longer yield Faith
+All Great People except Generals and Admirals may now build coastal Holy Sites
+Coastal Holy Sites now yield Faith based on the surrounding Land tiles
~Moved Holy Site construction button to Improvements tab

UU:
-No longer heals when on a Trade Route

UB:
~Yields Culture from incoming Naval Trade Routes (was International Trade Routes)
+ No longer requires Shrine (now only Monument)
