Fixed an issue where the message about a Hannibalistic Shophet being near to one of your cities was being displayed infinitely (by fixed I mean: I disabled it)
Tidied up some of the internal code, using Whoward's proposed method of restricting events to fire when the civ is not play, which should save some performance (especially when you're using many mods)
Conflicts between this mod and the Revised Civilisation Pack should be reduced.
Added better support for Tomatekh's Historical Religions. Hopefully this fixes issues for anyone where Hannibal was not taking Canaanism

Fixed an issue where Shellfish would spawn on the map outside of Dido's range.

Fixed issue where the Shellfish resource would be invisible without Barathor's More Luxuries mod enabled.
Shellfish will no longer spawn on top of existing resources nor on Atolls. Dido's cities will now only claim neutral tiles.
Issue where Hannibal's Shophet was not converting to the Great Admiral graphic properly fixed.
Shophet's strategic view icon fixed.
Qart Hadasht removed from Hannibal's city list.
