-Fixed issue where tainted keeper items wouldn't have prices if they were rerolled by an item/card/rune

-Cards/Runes that reroll items should follow same behavior as active items that reroll items
-Player detection should be perfected, players like T. The Forgotten or Jacob/Esau should only draft one row. "Players" from items like Soul of the Forgotten no longer act as players. Co-op babies don't count either. Multiplayer experience should be better now.
